RATIONALE
1. This curriculum aims to produce and develop specialized technicians based on the needs of both local and national labour market.
2. This curriculum provides a good chance for students to choose which subjects they want to study based on their apitudes, potential and interests, and to be able to assess and transfer ( for credit ) the knowledge and experince gained from academic resorces and work places.
3. This crriculum provides and opportunity for colleges, to conducts various ways of teaching and learning according to students and local needs.
4. This curriculum provides and opportunity for colleges, communities and local organization, both government and private sector, to take part in developing curriculum and managing education to suit local cmmunities needs and conditions
